ELECTRICITY SUPPLY BOARD (COMMISSION OF INQUIRY) ORDER, 1961. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 4 of the Electricity (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1961 , hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity Supply Board (Commission of Inquiry) Order, 1961. |
||
2. (1) A commission of inquiry is hereby appointed to inquire into the procedure of the Electricity Supply Board for the determination of the remuneration of members of their staff and for the settlement of disputes relating to their conditions of employment, and to report and make recommendations thereon to the Government. |
||
(2) The commission shall consist of the following persons: |
||
Martin Gleeson, |
||
Leo Crawford, |
||
Edmond A. Grace, |
||
Charles McCarthy, |
||
Patrick Gerard Murphy, |
||
Thomas Murray |
||
and |
||
Frank Robbins. |
||
(3) Martin Gleeson shall be chairman of the commission. |
||
