S.I. No. 248/1958:

ROAD VEHICLES (INDEX MARKS) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1958.

ROAD VEHICLES (INDEX MARKS) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1958.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12 of the Roads Act, 1920, hereby makes the following Regulations :--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Index Marks) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1958.

2. The Schedule to the Road Vehicles (Index Marks) Regulations, 1958 ( S.I. No. 14 of 1958 ) shall be amended by the insertion in the second column of the said Schedule opposite the Lord Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Cork of the following index marks :--

API, BPI, CPI, DPI, EPI, FPI, GPI, HPI, IPI and JPI.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this Fifth day of December, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-eight.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations prescribe additional index marks for motor vehicles registered by Cork Corporation.
