MILLABLE WHEAT REGULATIONS, 1958. |

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 (No. 7 of 1933), and after consultation with the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby make the following regulations : |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Millable Wheat Regulations, 1958. |
||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. |
||
3. The standard to which wheat must conform in order to be classed as millable shall be as follows, that is to say, such wheat must be-- |
||
(a) commercially clean, and |
||
(b) in sound and sweet condition. |
||
4. The Millable Wheat Regulations, 1933 ( S. R. & O. No. 100 of 1933 ), are hereby revoked. |
