ROYAL HOSPITAL, KILMAINHAM (DISSOLUTION OF GOVERNORS AND REVOCATION OF CHARTERS) ORDER, 1955. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the Ministers and Secretaries Act, 1924 (No. 16 of 1924), as amended by section 3 of the Adaptation of Charters Act, 1926 (No. 6 of 1926), and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows : |

1.--(1) This order may be cited as the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham (Dissolution of Governors and Revocation of Charters) Order. 1955. |
||
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of December, 1955. |
||
2.--(1) The Governors of the Hospital of King Charles the Second incorporated under that name by charter of the 19th day of February, 1684, are hereby dissolved. |
||
(2) That charter and the charter of the 24th day of April, 1758, relating to the said governors are hereby revoked. |
||
