HARBOUR RATES (CORK HARBOUR) (RATES ON STEEL SHEET AND RESIDUAL FUEL OIL) ORDER, 1955.

HARBOUR RATES (CORK HARBOUR) (RATES ON STEEL SHEET AND RESIDUAL FUEL OIL) ORDER, 1955.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Cork Harbour) (Rates on Steel Sheet and Residual Fuel Oil) Order, 1955.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 2nd day of May, 1955.

2.--(1) The rates set out in the Schedule to this Order shall be included in the Schedule to the. Cork Harbour Act, 1933 (No. 1 (Private) of 1933).

(2) Article 5 of the Harbour Rates (Cork Port and Harbour) Order, 1940 ( S. R. & O. No. 390 of 1940 ), which, as amended by the Harbour Rates (Cork Port and Harbour) Order, 1940 (Amendment) Order, 1941 ( S. R. & O. No. 561 of 1941 ), increases the rates set out in the schedule to the said Act by 125 per cent., shall have effect as if this Order were included amongst the Orders mentioned in the said Article 5.
