THE POST OFFICE SAVINGS BANK REGULATIONS, 1921 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1954.

DATED THIS 23RD DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1954.

I, MICHAEL J. KEYES, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Post Office Savings Bank Acts, 1861 to 1920, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, make the following regulations :

1.--(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Post Office Savings Bank Regulations, 1921 (Amendment) Regulations, 1954.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 23rd day of November, 1954.

2. The Post Office Savings Bank Regulations, 1921, are hereby amended as follows :

(a) " £50 " shall be substituted for " £20 " in Regulation 29.

(b) " £5 " shall be substituted for " £1 " in Regulation 45.
