GAME PRESERVATION ACT, 1930 (RECOGNITION OF COURSING CLUBS) ORDER, 1954.

I, JAMES EVERETT, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14 of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (No. 11 of 1930), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :--
|
|
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (Recognition of Coursing Clubs) Order, 1954.
|
|
|
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.
|
|
|
3. Each coursing club mentioned in the Schedule to this Order which is affiliated to the organisation commonly called and known as the Irish Coursing Club is hereby declared to be a recognised coursing club for the purposes of Part I of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (No. 11 of 1930).
|
|
|
4. The Game Preservation Act, 1930 (Recognition of Coursing Clubs) Order, 1952, is hereby revoked.
