S.I. No. 267/1952:

NON-CREAMERY BUTTER (PROHIBITION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1952.

NON-CREAMERY BUTTER (PROHIBITION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1952.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 31 of the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :--

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Non-Creamery Butter (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1952.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 16th day of September, 1952.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The exportation of non-creamery butter is hereby prohibited.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 15th day of September, 1952.
