S.I. No. 262/1952:

MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (ORDER), 1952.

MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (ORDER), 1952.

WHEREAS Gerald Boland, Minister for Justice, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office during a period commencing on the 11th day of September, 1952 :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Minister and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Justice (Agency) Order, 1952.

2. Thomas Derrig, Minister for Lands, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Justice during the period commencing on the 11th day of September, 1952, and ending on the date on which the said Gerald Boland resumes the duties of that office.
