S.I. No. 396/1951:

STANDARD MARK (SOLID CONCRETE BUILDING BLOCKS MADE WITH NATURAL AGGREGATE) ORDER, 1951.

STANDARD MARK (SOLID CONCRETE BUILDING BLOCKS MADE WITH NATURAL AGGREGATE) ORDER, 1951.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 22 of the Industrial Research and Standards Act, 1946 (No. 25 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Standard Mark (Solid Concrete Building Blocks made with Natural Aggregate) Order, 1951.

2. The mark specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Order is hereby prescribed as the standard mark for use, in accordance with the Industrial Research and Standards Act, 1946 (No. 25 of 1946), in connection with the commodity described in Part I of the Schedule to indicate that it conforms to the standard specification set forth in the order mentioned in Part III of the said Schedule.
