S.I. No. 326/1951:

MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1951.

MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1951.

WHEREAS Thomas Walsh, Minister for Agriculture, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office during a period commencing on the 17th day of November, 1951 :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Agriculture (Agency) Order, 1951.

2. Patrick Smith, Minister for Local Government, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Agriculture during the period commencing on the 17th day of November, 1951, and ending on the date on which the said Thomas Walsh resumes the duties of that office.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 16th day of November, 1951.
