S.I. No. 240/1951:

CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1951.

CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1951.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, testified by his official seal affixed hereto, hereby make the following regulations :--

1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) (No. 2) Regulations, 1951.

2. The Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1951 ( S.I. No. 162 of 1951 ), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 13th day of July, 1951.
