S.I. No. 107/1951:

EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 157) ORDER, 1942 (EIGHTH AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1951.

EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 157) ORDER, 1942 (EIGHTH AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1951.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (Eighth Amendment) Order, 1951.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (S. R. & O. No. 96 of 1942), shall have effect as if there were inserted, at the end of the Schedule thereto, the following--
