S.I. No. 324/1950:

HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (SECTION 45) (DINGLE HARBOUR, ORDER, 1950.

HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (SECTION 45) (DINGLE HARBOUR, ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 45 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby, after consultation with the Dingle Harbour Commissioners, orders as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Section 45) (Dingle Harbour) Order, 1950.

2. The offices, under the Dingle Harbour Commissioners, of secretary, harbour master and collector of rates are hereby amalgamated under the title of secretary.

3. Any reference in the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), to the secretary of a harbour, a harbour master or a collector of rates, under a harbour authority shall, in relation to the Dingle Harbour Commissioners, be construed as a reference to those offices as affected by Article 2 of this Order.
