S.I. No. 212/1950:

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS (POLLING CARDS) REGULATIONS, 1950.

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS (POLLING CARDS) REGULATIONS, 1950.

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers vested in him by Section 4 of the Presidential Elections Act, 1937 (No. 32 of 1937), and Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Presidential Elections (Amendment) Act, 1946 (No. 29 of 1946), hereby makes the following regulations :--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Presidential Elections (Polling Cards) Regulations, 1950.

2. The form set out in the Schedule hereto shall be the prescribed form of polling card for a presidential election.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this eleventh day of August, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty.

The number in the register of Dáil electors of, and the polling places appointed for, the person to whom this card is addressed are stated on the front of this card.

This card does not a+uthorise any person to vote who is prohibited from voting.

This card does not establish the identity of the person in whose possession it may be.

Only Dáil Electors may vote at a Presidential Election.
