S.I. No. 153/1950:

DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR FEES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1950.

DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR FEES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1950.

I, SEÁN MACBRIDE, Minister for External Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Diplomatic and Consular Fees Act, 1939 (No. 31 of 1939), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, with the consent of the Minister for Finance testified by his Official Seal affixed hereto, do hereby make the following regulations :--

1.--(1) These regulations may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 1950.

(2) These regulations shall come into operation on the 30th day of May, 1950.

2.--The Second Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 365 of 1948 ), is hereby amended by the deletion of the words " for each year of renewal " in the third column at reference number 5.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 13th day of May, 1950.
