S.I. No. 252/1949:

HARBOUR RATES (DUNDALK CRANAGE RATES) ORDER, 1949.

HARBOUR RATES (DUNDALK CRANAGE RATES) ORDER, 1949.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :--

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Dundalk Cranage Rates) Order, 1949.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1949.

2. The rate of one shilling is hereby fixed as the maximum rate to be charged by the Dundalk Harbour Commissioners in respect of each ton of goods carried by their cranes.

3. Section 53 of the Dundalk Harbour and Port Act, 1925 , is hereby revoked.
