INFECTIOUS DISEASES (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS, 1949. |

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) hereby makes the following Regulations :-- |

Definition. | ||
1. In these Regulations, the expression " the Principal Regulations " means the Infectious Diseases Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 99 of 1948 ). |

Temporary Amendment of Second Schedule of the Principal Regulations. | ||
2. Until these Regulations are revoked, the Second Schedule of the Principal Regulations shall be construed as if the word " Chicken-pox " were included therein below the words " Cerebrospinal fever ". |
||
Citation. | ||
3. These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Temporary Provisions) Regulations, 1949. |
