I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 45 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby, after consultation with the Baltimore and Skibbereen Harbour Commissioners, order as follows:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Section 45) (Baltimore and Skibbereen Harbour) Order, 1948. |
||
2. The offices, under the Baltimore and Skibbereen Harbour Commissioners, of secretary, harbour master and collector of rates are hereby amalgamated under the title of secretary. |
||
3. Any reference in the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), to the secretary of a harbour, a harbour master or a collector of rates, under a harbour authority shall, in relation to the Baltimore and Skibbereen Harbour Commissioners, be construed as a reference to these offices as affected by Article 2 of this Order. |
