HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (SECTION 45) (BALTIMORE AND SKIBBEREEN HARBOUR) ORDER, 1948.

HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (SECTION 45) (BALTIMORE AND SKIBBEREEN HARBOUR) ORDER, 1948.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 45 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby, after consultation with the Baltimore and Skibbereen Harbour Commissioners, order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Section 45) (Baltimore and Skibbereen Harbour) Order, 1948.

2. The offices, under the Baltimore and Skibbereen Harbour Commissioners, of secretary, harbour master and collector of rates are hereby amalgamated under the title of secretary.

3. Any reference in the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), to the secretary of a harbour, a harbour master or a collector of rates, under a harbour authority shall, in relation to the Baltimore and Skibbereen Harbour Commissioners, be construed as a reference to these offices as affected by Article 2 of this Order.
