MERCHANDISE MARKS ACT, 1931 (SECTION 20) (EXEMPTION) ORDER, 1947.

MERCHANDISE MARKS ACT, 1931 (SECTION 20) (EXEMPTION) ORDER, 1947.

I, SEAN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 20 of the Merchandise Marks Act, 1931 (No. 48 of 1931), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Merchandise Marks Act, 1931 (Section 20) (Exemption) Order, 1947.

2. Goods of the description set out in the Schedule to this Order are hereby exempted from the provisions of section 20 of the Merchandise Marks Act, 1931 (No. 48 of 1931).
