DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR FEES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1946.

DIPLOMATIC AND CONSULAR FEES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1946.

I, ÉAMON DE VALÉRA, Minister for External Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Diplomatic and Consular Fees Act, 1939 (No. 31 of 1939), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, with the consent of the Minister for Finance testified by his Official Seal affixed hereto, do hereby make the following regulations :—

1. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Fees (Amendment) Regulations, 1946.

(2) These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1946.

2. The Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Fees (No. 1) Regulations, 1943 ( S. R. & O. No. 224 of 1943 ), is hereby amended by the deletion of the words " for each year of renewal" in the third column at reference number 6.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 22nd day of February, 1946.
