No. 380/1936:

COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT, 1936 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1936.

COURTS OF JUSTICE ACT, 1936 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1936.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (5) of Section 4 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 (No. 48 of 1936), that that section shall come into operation on such day as the Executive Council shall by order fix for that purpose:

NOW, the Executive Council, in exercise of the power conferred on them by sub-section (5) of Section 4 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 (No. 48 of 1936), and of every other power enabling them in this behalf, do hereby order as follows:—

1. Section 4 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 (No. 48 of 1936), shall come into operation on the 22nd day of December, 1936.

2. This Order may be cited as the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 (Commencement) Order, 1936.

DUBLIN.

This 22nd day of December, 1936.
