HOME-GROWN BARLEY (MINIMUM PRICES) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1935.

HOME-GROWN BARLEY (MINIMUM PRICES) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1935.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (2) of Section 56 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1934 (No. 41 of 1934) that the Minister for Agriculture may by order under the said sub-section revoke an order made under sub-section (1) of the said Section 56:

AND WHEREAS the Home-grown Barley (Minimum Prices) Order, 1934 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 322 of 1934), was made under the said sub-section (1) of the said Section 56:

NOW, I, SEAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (2) of Section 56 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1934 (No. 41 of 1934), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Home-grown Barley (Minimum Prices) (Revocation) Order, 1935.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 4th day of November, 1935.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

3. The Home-grown Barley (Minimum Prices) Order, 1934 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 322 of 1934), is hereby revoked.

Given under my Seal of Office, this 4th day of November, 1935.
