| | Standard Bottles (Continuation of use in trade) Order made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce on the Seventh day of January, 1929, pursuant to Regulation 40 of the Weights and Measures (General) Regulations, 1928, and Regulation (6) of the Weights and Measures (General) Regulations, 1928, Amendment Regulations, 1928.

| | PURSUANT to the powers conferred on him by Regulation 40 of the Weights and Measures (General) Regulations, 1928, and Regulation (6) of the Weights and Measures (General) Regulations, 1928, Amendment Regulations, 1928, and all other powers in that behalf enabling him the Minister for Industry and Commerce hereby orders :—

| | 1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Standard Bottles (Continuation of use in trade) Order, 1929.
|
| | 2. Any bottles to which Regulation 40 of the Weights and Measures (General) Regulations, 1928, applies, and which have been stamped by an Inspector or ex-officio Inspector of Weights and Measures previous to the 1st day of December, 1928, but which do not conform to the requirements set out in the said Regulation 40, or any of them, may be continued for use in trade during such period as this Order remains in force.

| | 3. Bottles which shall be stamped under and in accordance with the Weights and Measures (General) Regulations, 1928, Amendments Regulations, 1928, may be continued in use for trade during such period as this Order remains in force.

| | 4. This Order shall remain in force until it is revoked by Order of the Minister for Industry and Commerce.
|
