07/04/1925: ELECTORAL (COUNTY) AREAS ORDER: LAOIGHISE

| | I, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in me by sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 1 of the Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1919, do hereby order and prescribe as follows :—
|
| | (1) This order may be cited as "the Laoighise County Electoral Areas Order, 1925."
|
| | (2) The County of Laoighise shall be divided into the County Electoral Areas for the election of County Councillors which are set forth in the first column of the schedule to this order.
|
| | (3) Every such County Electoral Area shall consist of the district electoral divisions, urban districts or towns set forth in the second column of the Schedule to this Order opposite to the name of such county electoral area.
|
| | (4) The number of county councillors to be elected for each county electoral area shall be the number set forth in the third column of the Schedule to this Order opposite to the name of such county electoral area.
|
| | (5) Every division of the said county into county electoral areas and every assignment of the number of county councillors to be elected for each such area made before the date of this order shall cease to have effect.
|
| | Given under my Seal of Office this Seventh day of April in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-five.
