THE INTOXICATING LIQUOR (STANDARDISATION OF BOTTLES) No. 3 ORDER OF 1925. | ||
By virtue of the powers conferred on me by Section 9 of the Intoxicating Liquor (General) Act, 1924 , and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf I, Caoimhghin O h-Uigin, Minister for Justice, do hereby order and prescribe as follows:— | ||
(1) The Intoxicating Liquor (Standardisation of Bottles) Nos. 1 and 2 Orders of 1925 are hereby revoked. | ||
(2) On and from the 1st day of January, 1926, all ale, beer, porter or stout sold in bottles containing less than one standard quart shall be sold in bottles containing one-third of a pint, one-half pint, or one pint. | ||
(3) This Order may be cited as "The Intoxicating Liquor (Standardisation of Bottles) No. 3 Order of 1925." | ||
