Neutral Citation Number: [2017] UKFTT 681 (PC)
Respondent had registered a unilateral notice against Applicant's title in respect of an alleged lease of a garage made between A and her husband and R at the time of the sale of adjoining property in 1994, when R was aged 16, and since lost. On the evidence, it was found that there was no such lease and it was directed that effect be given to A's application to cancel the notice.
