"Ms Gordon should have been aware that there is always a risk of pedestrians stepping out into the road unexpectedly particularly in an area such as Victoria which is a major transport interchange. Mr Johnson said that he was concerned that Ms Gordon had spent too much time looking in her nearside mirror without moving her head to take into account what was going on in front of her."
