MR JUSTICE KERR:
on two separate occasions false receipt had been presented in order to obtain goods from Debenhams to the value of £75 … .
The lack of insight or indeed any expression of remorse is a very concerning factor here and it gives us no prospect that a period of suspension is likely to lead to a complete rehabilitation and provide the necessary reassurance that the public interest can be protected and preserved in due course. We consider that, without the foundation of some degree of insight at this stage, it is not appropriate to impose a period of suspension but rather that the proportionate and reasonable sanction to impose is that of removal from the Register.
