- MR JUSTICE BLAKE: In this matter it has been recognised that there are no grounds to challenge the decision of the District Judge. The appeal, I understand, is now to be withdrawn and I accordingly dismiss it. This will be the relevant date for the determination of time for the execution of the warrant. I am told there may be discussions that the warrant will be withdrawn. I hope that will be quickly communicated.
