- MR JUSTICE OUSELEY: I have read the papers in this case. I am prepared to grant the extension you seek in the circumstances. I am not entirely sure where Miss Jones stands on this. As I understand, she is not present and not represented. Is that right?
- MR HAFEJEE: Indeed, my Lord. I have actually handed up her statement of service.
- MR JUSTICE OUSELEY: (Handed). Thank you. Yes.
- MR HAFEJEE: I have in the draft order, my Lord, taken the option of having the caveat of respondent having permission to apply giving three days' written notice to the applicant.
- MR JUSTICE OUSELEY: Good, I was going to suggest that be included. Could you hand it to the associate.
- MR HAFEJEE: There is no application for costs either, my Lord.
- MR JUSTICE OUSELEY: Thank you.
