- MR JUSTICE COLLINS: Without the consent order, I might well not have allowed this extension. However, it is obvious that he is not fitted to act as a nurse and I appreciate he says he does not want to, so he is not harmed by the extension and I am prepared in those circumstances to do it but this must be heard before next March.
