- MR JUSTICE SULLIVAN: I have read these papers. I am satisfied that the GMC ought to have the extension of the period of the interim suspension, in the terms of the draft order submitted and paragraph 2, which seeks there be an order for costs on summary assessment. There is to be an order for costs, summarily assessed, in the sum of £350 plus VAT.
- MR HARE: I am obliged, my Lord.
- MR JUSTICE SULLIVAN: Thank you very much.
