Each of the allegations arose from information provided by Mrs Smith and Ms Culshaw.
- You physically abused a service user with a visual impairment by flushing the toilet whilst he was retrieving a stick from the toilet
- You verbally abused service users by making derogatory remarks to the service user and staff about a service user and disabled people in general
- You abused a service user by neglecting to meet her dietary and personal care needs
- You breached the code of conduct for social care workers
The out come of this hearing is that you are summarily dismissed from your employment with Alternative Futures. This dismissal is effective immediately and without notice."
