The Grounds of Appeal
(1) The judge should not have aggravated the already elevated starting point based on the aggravating features identified; or alternatively, should not have elevated the starting point to the extent that he did.
(2) The judge failed properly to reflect the mitigation advanced on the appellants behalf.
(3) The judge failed to give sufficient weight to the mitigating factors that had been identified by the defence.
