SUPREME COURT PRONOUNCEMENT
(As Approved by the Court)
Tuesday 18 December 2012
LORD JUSTICE DAVIS:
- In this matter the appeal has been allowed. Leave to appeal to the Supreme Court has already been refused. The court certifies the following point of law of general public importance:
"May rental income from a property which is unlicensed contrary to section 95(1) of the Housing Act 2004 be a person's benefit as being property obtained as a result of or in connection with particular criminal conduct for the purposes of section 76(4) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002?"
