- LORD JUSTICE BUXTON: This is an application for permission to appeal from a judgment of Mr Justice Turner delivered in the Administrative Court. Mr Bhamjee has not filed any skeleton argument (which is his prerogative), nor has he given any indication to the court that he is not able to attend today. The case was listed for 2 o'clock. Mr Bhamjee did not appear then. It was adjourned until now and he has not appeared. In the absence of any explanation, I strike the case out for want of prosecution.
- I say by way of footnote that the case was dismissed by Mr Justice Turner in very short order. I can see no argument that Mr Bhamjee could address in any event were he to attend.
Order: Application struck out for want of prosecution
