"So the order as to costs is that there is no order for costs up to the 12th of November 2001. From the 13th of November 2001, the Claimant pays the Defendant's costs to be assessed if not agreed. Public funding, detailed public funding assessment of the Claimant's costs and that's all I will say about that."
