"The conclusion I reach in those circumstances is that the intention of the parties was, on a balance of probabilities, formed at a meeting in the top flat towards the end of 1998 and that the intention was that Mr Hancock should become the owner of the block of flats only, Blewitt House. He has become the owner of the block of flats and therefore title reposes at present ..... in the correct destinations."
