LORD JUSTICE JUDGE:
"Now, the basis it seems to me of the Claimant's case must be whether or not it was reasonably foreseeable, so far as the Defendants are concerned, that an accident of the sort which she has described would happen and on that basis whether the Defendants had a duty under the Occupier's Liability Act to ensure that it did not."
