- LORD JUSTICE DYSON: This application was due to be heard at 10.00 this morning. At 10.44 this morning a fax was sent by the applicant in which he asked for an adjournment of his application on the grounds of alleged ill-health. I have read the fax and considered the attachment to it. In my view the evidence of ill-health is wholly inadequate and utterly unconvincing. I also have regard to the nature of the application, and in my view it would be wrong for me to accede to the application to adjourn.
- I propose, therefore, to dismiss the application for permission to appeal.
(Application dismissed; no order for costs).
