"Although I obviously had no proof I believed that the deed box did contain some documents of relevance to me otherwise Mrs Kennedy would not have taken the trouble to give it to me and her insistence that I 'hide' the box for safekeeping, I believe the deed box may have contained a more recent will or codicil."
