"C was lying still and looked very pale but slightly cyanosed around lips. Her eyes were open but staring. She then began to make grunting noises. On transferring her to the treatment room she was found to be very pale & floppy on handling. 222 call was put out. Red marks evident on neck and behind (L) ear, also slight red blood staining from (L) nostril."
