"If at a hearing the appeal court [which in this instance is the judge of the Queen's bench division] refuses permission to appeal [and this is on an oral hearing] then no further right of appeal exists."
"There is no appeal from a decision of the appeal court, made at an oral hearing, to allow or refuse permission to appeal to that court."
