- LORD JUSTICE SCHIEMANN: This is an appeal which has been settled by consent. The court has seen the draft minute of order, the advice which was given to the respondent child, and has approved the terms of the settlement which are set out in the draft minute of order which we propose to initial.
- We only make one point on it. In paragraph 4(a) the figure of £10,000 is the correct figure. The writing "twenty thousand pounds" is an error and should read £10,000. We are told this by solicitors for one of the parties and we assume it to be correct.
