"3. I should say that over a period of perhaps ten years I had from time to time acted for DJ Broady Limited on the instructions of their insurance company, both in relation to employer liability and public liability claims. From recollection, I would say that I had acted for them in relation to six or seven previous cases.
4. When these proceedings were commenced, I contacted the company. My contact was Mr Michael Wakefield who had been my point of contact in relation to every previous case that I had handled."
