"The Court of Appeal is not to give permission for a second appeal unless it considers that the appeal would raise an important point of principle or practice or that there is some other compelling reason for the Court of Appeal to hear it."
"Mr Towell's expert report ... leaves absolutely no room for doubt: that is the true line of the boundary. As I said, I am very much persuaded by that report that Mr Towell produced on joint instructions from the parties."
"The lack of procedural knowledge, and his `no option' decision to represent himself, wrongly and unfairly placed him at disadvantage and he and his family felt intimidated during the Trial.
