JUSTICE STUART-SMITH: This is a renewed application for leave to move for
judicial review, it having been refused by Mr Justice Jowitt on 3rd March 1996.
Dr Trivedi does not appear. I have carefully considered the judgment of Mr
Justice Jowitt. I agree with every word of it. There are no grounds for
granting leave to move for judicial review and I would dismiss this application.
