ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT
13 February 2020 (*)
(Removal from the register)
In Case C‑728/19,
REQUEST for a preliminary ruling under Article 267 TFEU from the High Court of Justice (England & Wales), Chancery Division (United Kingdom), made by decision of 24 September 2019, received at the Court on 2 October 2019, in the proceedings
Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Company
v
PMS International Group,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT,
after hearing the Advocate General, M. Campos Sánchez-Bordona,
gives the following
Order
1 By letter of 31 January 2020, received at the Court Registry on 5 February 2020, the High Court of Justice (England & Wales), Chancery Division (United Kingdom), informed the Court that it was withdrawing its request for a preliminary ruling.
2 In those circumstances, the present case must be removed from the Register of the Court, pursuant to Article 100 of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice.
3 Since these proceedings are, for the parties to the main proceedings, a step in the action pending before the national court, the decision on costs is a matter for that court. Costs incurred in submitting observations to the Court, other than the costs of those parties, are not recoverable.
On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:
Case C‑728/19 is removed from the Register of the Court.
Luxembourg, 13 February 2020.
