makes the following
Order
1 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 4 April 2012, the Czech Republic, represented by M. Smolek, E. Ruffer and D. Hadroušek, acting as Agents, requested leave to intervene in Case C-658/11 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
2 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 13 April 2012, the Kingdom of Sweden, represented by A. Falk, C. Meyer-Seitz, C. Stege, S. Johannesson, U. Persson and K. Ahlstrand-Oxhamre, acting as Agents, requested leave to intervene in Case C-658/11 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
3 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 17 April 2012 (fax of 13 April), the French Republic, represented by G. de Bergues, acting as Agent, requested leave to intervene in Case C-658/11 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
4 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 18 April 2012 (fax of 17 April), the Italian Republic, represented by G. Palmieri, acting as Agent, with an address for service in Luxembourg, requested leave to intervene in Case C-658/11 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
5 By application lodged at the Registry of the Court on 20 April 2012 (fax of 13 April), the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, represented by C. Murrell, acting as Agent, requested leave to intervene in Case C-658/11 in support of the form of order sought by the Council.
6 The applications for leave to intervene were made in accordance with Article 93(1) of the Rules of Procedure, and are submitted pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 40 of the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:
1. The Czech Republic, the Kingdom of Sweden, the French Republic, the Italian Republic and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland are granted leave to intervene in Case C-658/11 in support of the form of order sought by the Council of the European Union.
2. A period shall be prescribed within which the interveners are to state in writing the pleas in law in support of the form of order which they seek.
3. The Registrar shall ensure that copies of all the procedural documents are served on the interveners.
4. The costs are reserved.
